With this victory, Benn is aiming to challenge the “heavy” opponents to compete for the Welterweight World Championship. Besides, former world champions such as Kell Brook, Amir Khan are not out of the chances of being compared to Ben this summer.
“I will contact Brook or Khan but I don't think they will be interested. Therefore, I will look forward to the world championships. I respect Amir, he is the best in my time.
Notably, Amir Khan was also present at the Manchester Arena Stadium to witness Benn winning the 21st consecutive. After the battle, he jumped into the ring to celebrate with his compatriot and was shouted by the audience when he refused to accept the upper radio with Benn.
