As the defending champion of the Asia -Pacific Wbo champion, owning the World WBO championship is a big step for Thu Nhi.

Puncher Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi is from An Giang's native, starting to practice boxing from the age of 13 and officially became a professional boxer since 2019. After moving to a professional, Thu Nhi became the first female fighter in Vietnam to win the Asian Wbo Championship in March 2020. It is expected that Thu Nhi will board the plane to Ansan on the evening of October 20 and the World WBO belt with the reigning champion Etsuko Tada on the night of October 23.

Along with Thu Nhi, two fighters Minh Phat and Dinh Hong Quan will also be in Fight Card.

Thu Nhi's training process at Uzbekistan starts from the end of August.

Thu Nhi, along with Minh Phat and Hong Quan, had the opportunity to practice and punches of the Olympic team of Uzebekistan – one of the countries with the strongest boxing background in the world.
