The major MMA tournaments of the world such as ONE Championship and UFC are looking to link with us to bring the Lion Championship championship to be put into their competition.”
If this is true, the Lion Championship champions such as Tran Quang Loc, Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, Filonenko … will have the opportunity to compete in major MMA tournaments around the world. This will be a very good opportunity for boxers to rub, learn as well as satisfy the goal of competition in professional quality tournaments at Asian and global levels.
However, it seems that everything is still in the standby mode. Lion Championship himself also needs to improve the quality of boxers to be able to really bring Vietnamese martial arts to the international arena.
Also on the evening of 3/6, Mr. Thanh Trung revealed the good relationship of the Vietnam General Martial Arts Federation, the Lion Championship organizers and major tournaments: “Before deciding to establish the organizers of Lion Championship, we spent 2 years to UFC, One Championship to learn how their work. Outside of Lion, representatives of One Championship or UFC are all surprised in the first time and the second time we organize the award. ”
