According to the Charter, this year's tournament will take place in Dak Lak province from April 18 to 27. The Boxing championship of the national teams nationwide 2023 ended at the end of April could make national players unable to attend the tournament. They only returned to Vietnam for a few days, just before the 31st SEA Games took place. That helps the players to achieve the highest level when entering the tournament.
At the present time, members of the Vietnam Women's Boxing team are present in India to attend the world championship. Meanwhile, the male team trained in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan. This is also the place where the whole team has gathered last year, before leaving for Thailand to train for a long time.
