Dana White is currently the most influential man in MMA. He is at the peak of his career as the person who drives the largest MMA tournament on the planet. It seems that for the above reasons that Men Journal invited White to appear on the cover.
4 weeks before photography, White weighs more than 98kg. He had to change his diet and undergo high intensity exercise with boxing to lose weight.
“I am very happy to be invited by Men's Fitness to be a face for the magazine,” Dana White said.
“I need a reason to practice. Because I practice Boxing for so long, now I feel depressed about exercise. Now I am just lifting weights and I'm trying to push my chest up to 142kg.”
After only 4 weeks, White is only about 88kg and ready for the photo shoot. Shortly thereafter, the president of the biggest MMA tournament on the planet revealed his training program as follows.
He will start around the boxing floor for a few minutes to heat up the muscles and then start punching the wind for 3 rounds. Next is Pad Pad from 4 to 6 rounds. And the cardio, White usually practices two main exercises are jogging on the machine and jumping for 9 minutes.
Finally, the exercises with weights. White is divided into heavy training days and light training. Focus on the chest, shoulder and muscle. Then to the back, legs and other muscles.
All efforts were paid off, White finally confidently appeared on the cover with a solid muscular lines.
