Tyson Fury became the focus of the world after defeating Dillian Whyte in the heavy WBC battle on the morning of April 24 in Wembley. The 33 -year -old puncher defeated the opponent with a technical Knockout in the 6th half, thereby successfully protecting the WBC championship and his unbeaten achievement.
“I promised my beloved wife Paris that I would retire after the match against Wilder 3. But I was asked to fight a match in Wembley, I believe I owe NHM, owe everyone in the United Kingdom and that's why I am here.
Sharing before the match with Whyte, Fury once revealed that this was his last upper station. His nutritionist, Lockhart, confirmed this information. Although Fury's father, Mr. John believed that everything was not sure because boxing was his son's world. However, because of his promise to his wife, Fury claimed to win against WhyTe was the last time he was the upper station.
But Fury's wife, Paris, brought the good news to NHM when revealing the ability of Fury Thuong Dai again. Sharing by BT Sport after the match, Paris said:
“I want Fury to go home right now, he has nothing to prove himself. Unless he wants to have more money and reputation, but Fury doesn't need those things anymore. He is the most famous man on the planet tonight. He doesn't need more reputation and luck, our family does not lack money,” Paris shared.
“He did everything possible. We were satisfied with what we had. But I knew deep inside Fury, what could make him change only the unified match. That's the only reason that persuaded Fury back to the boxing,” Paris shared.
Fury once intended to fight Anthony Joshua in the match. However, Joskua's unexpected failure against Oleksandr Usyk last year made the plan go bankrupt. Joshua and USYK will rematch in the near future. And the winner in that pair, can participate in the unified match with Fury.
