In recent days, the world boxing has focused on the “love triangle” between Tyson Fury, Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua. Many sources revealed that AJ received £ 15 million to watch Fury and Usyk Thuong Dai for the match of 4 heavy belts but refused.
But in a recent interview with IFL TV, Eddie Hearn – the boss of Joshua – confirmed that Fury had no intention of wanting to compare with Usyk. Hearn shared: “In fact, we are ready to negotiate a long -term agreement for AJ. But we have not even had any negotiations when Tyson Fury withdrew. In my opinion, Fury did not want to face usyk.”
This came to Fury's ears and of course “The Gyspy King” did not leave it. The WBC heavy champion immediately posted a video on his personal Instagram to laugh at the allegations from Hearn. “I am in a very good mood for many reasons. That's all I need to tell you,” Fury laughed.
The 32 -year -old puncher is currently preparing for the WBC belt against Dillian Whyte that has been confirmed today. The match between the two boxers of the United Kingdom is scheduled to take place in March in Cardiff.
Meanwhile, Joshua and USYK are also preparing to rematch. The 2012 Olympic champion activated the rematch immediately after being defeated by USYK and won three heavy belts WBA, IBF and WBO in September 2021. This is also thought to be the reason AJ does not want to agree to make room for Fury and USYK to the beginning of the match that unify the four heavy heavy belts.
