As one of the three high -performance sports tournaments of Boxing Vietnam this year, the National Boxing Championship 2023 takes place from November 19 to November 30. In particular, matches will start on November 22, and end on November 29. The venue for the tournament is Dak Lak provincial stadium.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, the National Boxing Championship 2023 has 324 athletes from 36 units participating in the competition. The boxers will compete in 52 medals in the age of 17-18 and 19-40. This is the largest and most important tournament of Boxing Vietnam.
The opening ceremony of the National Boxing Championship 2023 witnessed the participation of Mr. Luu Tu Bao, Chairman of the Vietnam Boxing Federation; Mr. Thai Hong Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak Province, Head of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Federation, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Vu Xuan Thanh, Deputy Head of high -performance sports department (Department of Sports and Physical Training), Vice Chairman of the Union; Mr. Pham Quang Long, Chairman of Vietnam Dragon Lion Federation, Vice Chairman of the Federation.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Thai Hong Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak Province, Head of the Organizing Committee, said that the Dak Lak province will actively support delegations to the National Boxing Championship 2023. Ms. Do Thi Thu Trang, Director of Shadow Entertainment, the sponsor representative hopes that the athletes will play all the best matches and dedication.
The opening ceremony of the National Boxing Championship 2023 ended with the launch of the entire Executive Committee of the Vietnam Boxing Federation term 2.
