According to the indictment of the investigating agency, Somluck Kamsing (52 years old) was accused of illegal holding people, and at the same time committed acts of harassing minors. The victim was a 17 -year -old girl who was invited by Somluck Kamsing to enter the hotel in 2023. Somluck Kamsing denied the allegation, but there was enough evidence that he committed a crime.

The penalty for Somluck Kamsing is 37 months in prison. He will take a sentence at the prison of Khon Kaen province, Thailand. Besides, this boxer must also pay a fine of 5,000 USD for compensation to the victim and her guardian. However, Somluck Kamsing decided to pay guarantee and appeal.

According to Somluck Kamsing, this boxer was taken to the hotel by the victim. The Olympic champion thinks this girl is old enough. Somluck Kamsing also confirmed that as soon as he knew the victim was only 17 years old, he decided not to go further, but was still accused of committing crimes.

In fact, Somluck Kamsing took the initiative to go to the police station to report his behavior about a week after the incident occurred. The Thai police said that at the time of presentation, Somluck Kamsing admitted to making mistakes and promising to correct mistakes. But in court, he denied the crime.
