“On February 12, on @legionfarm, where gamers meet professional players, a special event will take place on Mozilla Hubs Metaverse: The first Metaverse match in history between me and Khabib Nurmagomedov!”
It is expected that this Metaverse match will take place at about 3pm on February 12 (3am on February 13 in Vietnam time).
In addition to the Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Max Holloway pair, the former King / BLV Daniel Cormier and the UFC Islam Makhachev star will also be present.
What makes the audience curious is how this fake match will happen on Metaverse.
The Legionfarm Organizing Committee shared that this will be a match that takes place thanks to VR, so it can be imagined that you are watching Live Stream UFC game fighters, but it is not clear whether the audience can see this match from the first person's perspective.
UFC himself and President Dana White also stated that he wanted to test to bring UFC matches to Metaverse, expect that the audience could buy seats and have the same experience when going to a real match.
