The schedule of dense competition, as well as on the two floors of the young boxing championship nationwide, many units have to “divide” the coaching staff. Because, their athletes can play on both stations at the same time. This is unwanted for units, but they have to adjust to adapt to this.
In the context of “Song Dai” competition, many coaches really “run” in the training area. They have to run continuously between the two stations to directly direct, thereby guiding their athletes. The coaching staff must “run the number” as much as the Binh Dinh team, when their boxers are constantly playing on both stations.
Within 30 minutes, Binh Dinh boxers continuously played 3-4 matches on July 8. Interestingly, in the athletes, the coach constantly “running the number”, most of the boxers of Binh Dinh won. This shows the good level and professional quality of the Binh Dinh boxing team.
Currently, the coach in charge of Binh Dinh boxing team is Mr. Dang Hieu Han. While playing, he was one of the first two Vietnamese boxers to win tickets to the Olympic Games of Boxing. It was the 1988 Olympics in Korea. Dang Hieu Han won the opening match, and stopped in the second round.
Besides Binh Dinh, units like Thai Binh, Army, Hanoi also have to get used to the “clone” scene. For large units, with many coaches like Hanoi and the military, this is done relatively smoothly. Small units, few coaches like Thai Binh and Khanh Hoa have more difficulties.
Thai Binh has long been known as a unit that focuses more than the quantity. They usually only send a coach to go on duty, along with a number of athletes less than 10 people. Therefore, in some matches, Thai Binh asked the coach of another unit like Hung Yen to direct in the technical area.
