Jon Jones commented on Diego Sanchez's “first” clip: that's the last thing he needed

Jon Jones and the winner of the 1 Diego Sanchez was a teammate at Jacksonwink Gym, Albuquerque, before Diego Sanchez left Jacksonwink to practice with coach Joshua Fabia. Following the fuss between Sanchez and UFC, recently a video recording of the strange exercise of Joshua Fabia and Diego Sanchez was released online, causing Jon Jones to shake his head bored when witnessing.

“I couldn't say a word,” Jones wrote on Twitter.

“Really horrible. As a person who used to know Diego, I have to say that it was the last thing he needed!”

The clip showed that in a dark garage, Diego Sanchez hung upside down on the iron shelf, swinging like a sandbag, so that coach Joshua Fabia punched his face, his head with bare hands. And yet, Sanchez continued to cover his face, still dangling while Fabia kicked his head and upper body.

Over the past weeks, Joshua Fabia and Diego Sanchez have always made attacks on White and UFC in the media as well as social networks. Sanchez criticized UFC on the issue of remuneration and cutting heavily, while Fabia was “surprised” by the conflicts with the UFC's communication and matching team.

The problem is that not only White, many UFC boxers, from Daniel Cormier, Conor McGregor, Donald Cerrone, … and most recently Jon Jones, all think that Joshua Fabia and the coach's exercises have really adversely affected Diego Sanchez.

Up to now, although it is difficult to reach the position of the belt, Diego Sanchez's achievement in UFC is not too bad – he won 19 matches, lost 13, never lost more than 2 consecutive games.
