The weight test before the Lion Championship 5 event was noticeable when a series of boxers could not squeeze the competition standard. One of the overweight people is Robson Oliveira, the opponent of Tran Ngoc Luong in the Co-Main event of the event. As a Jujitsu boxer, Robson Oliveira has just moved to MMA recently and has won the first time. Coming to Lion Championship, he is considered as one of the candidates to win the championship in the future. However, Robson Oliveira did not seem to be fully prepared for this match.

At the weight test before the Lion Championship 5 event, Robson Oliveira was overweight. According to the tournament rules, if the weight exceeds the competition but still in the allowed range, the boxer will still compete on the condition that the fines of 20% of the bonus. This amount will be transferred to the opponent of that boxer.

While Robson Oliveira has a biased style of hitting, including objects, locks, tightening, Tran Ngoc Luong owns a more comprehensive skill set. He used to practice many martial arts such as vovinam, flirting, boxing before becoming Jujitsu boxer. Ngoc Luong used to play professional boxing in 2022 and won.

The match between Tran Ngoc Luong and Robson Oliveira is one of the 10 pairs of Group B in the Lion Championship 5 event. But with the level of both fighters even though they just attended the tournament, the organizers decided to bring this match as one of the two events of the event (Co-Main Event).
