Revealing Martin Nguyen's practice lesson plan in social ways

Currently, the Australian government is still issuing blockade. Therefore, many gyms cannot open the door and boxers like Martin Nguyen are forced to practice to maintain his style.

Recently, on his personal Instagram page, Martin Nguyen shared a day of his training during social relaxation.

“This year is a bad year. However, I still try to overcome myself and progress every day. Starting to start with 14km of cycling. Then practice punching Pad a bit and then go back to practice endurance with bicycles. Just 1 hour 20 minutes I have completed 27.8km. No matter what obstacles I will be healthy until the end of the year.”

In fact, Martin Nguyen had a good year in his career for Covid-19. He used to stand on the peak of the One Championship tournament for 3 years, but he lost the title of championship in the hands of fellow fellow martial arts Thanh Le in late 2020.

Martin should have had his first match in 2021 with boxer Kim Jae Woong at One On TNT 2 on April 17 to regain its position. Unfortunately, the competition with the Korean opponent was suddenly postponed. The reason is that this Vietnamese-born boxer sat next to a person infected with Covid-19 when flying from the US to Singapore to attend the event.
