As one of the prominent faces in the Vietnam MMA Lion Championship 2022, the boxer has two Vietnamese – Polish blood lines Nguyen Van Kamil who used to be too weight of 0.1 kg in the quarterfinals. At that time, Kamil's opponent Le Van The Anh (Tank Club) agreed to play without asking him to pay a fine.
In the semi -finals of Lion Championship 2022, Nguyen Van Kamil continued to be too weight. This time, the boxer of 70kg men's weight exceeded the prescribed weight of 0.5kg. According to Kamil's contract and the tournament charter, he needs opponent Nguyen Trung Hai (Dragon MMA) to compete and pay a fine as prescribed, otherwise it will be eliminated.
Also in the Lion Championship semi -final test, the only boxers Nguyen Tran Duy (No1 Muay Club, 60kg Nam) and Tran Quang Loc (Lien Phong Martial Arts, 70kg Nam) both met the competition standards. When checking the scale, Tran Quang Loc even had only 69.3kg weight, showing that he had prepared very well for the upcoming match.
The semi -finals of the MMA Vietnam Lion Championship 2022 took place in the afternoon and Saturday evening October 22 at Quan Ngua Culture and Sports Palace.
