At the event of Cage Fury Fighting Championship (CFFC) 94 took place a few days ago, Canadian boxer Khetag Pliev was forced to give in to the opponent. The reason is that the ring finger on his left hand has left the palm of his hand.
According to sources, the Canadian finger bone broke after he used his hands to support rival Devin Goodale. After that, in the second half, he once again used this hand to support the blow, causing the hand to be completely broken.
Even so, Pliev tried to play all the half before surrendering. The problem after that was that everyone had to collaborate quickly to find his fingers.
Fortunately, fingers actually rolled into Pliev's gloves. He was quickly taken to the hospital. After successfully reconnecting, the 37 -year -old boxer was still optimistic to share that he planned to continue playing.
“My condition is better,” Pliev said. “I went to the emergency room after the battle this morning, thanks to a good doctor named Maggie Wilson and she resumed my finger, sewing it.
“My fingers stick to the hand to remember a piece of leather. They cut off the gloves, connected my hand back and now I was bundle of flour.”
Currently, Pliev's support team is petitioning to UFC (CFFC is one of the sub -UFC sub -tournaments) so as not to count as the defeat of Pliev. The reason is because they believe that Devin Goodale caused this injury when pulling Pliev's teeth while performing Takedown. Pliev also asserted that he felt the break when gloves were grasped.
