Jon Jones officially retired, Tom Aspinall holds the UFC belt of weight Heavyweight

At the latest press conference, UFC President Dana White confirmed Jon Jones officially retired. Tom Aspinall, the previous temporary champion at the Light Heavyweight weight class, was officially launched to receive the absolute championship belt. Aspinall will soon play as the champion in the near future.

Jon Jones took a break with a 30 -match achievement, including 28 victories (11 no, 7 submission), 1 defeat and 1 game that did not recognize the results. Jones's only defeat took place because he was disqualified, when this boxer used his index to end the opponent soon.

In fact, Jones took a break for 3 years, after he passed Dominick Reyes at the UFC 247 event in February 2020. Jones returned in early 2023. He ranked Heavyweight to play and won Ciryl Gane in the first half.

Initially, Jones planned to take a break after the match against Stipe Miocic in late 2023. However, he had an injury in the preparation process, causing the match to back up for 1 year. On the UFC side, they still tried to persuade Jones to play so they did not announce his retirement.
