IOC Delete the Boxing management status of the Olympic level of IBA

The IOC's decision was made after they had deprived the right to organize the IBA Tokyo Olympic Games. According to the IOC, they decided to eliminate the IBA from the game because of concerns related to the operation of the tournament and the scoring of the referee.
