It is known that Green Hill's competition and helmet gloves are a gift that the International Boxing Association (IBA, also known as the World Boxing Federation) for the Vietnam Boxing Federation. This sponsor includes 150 sets of gloves and hats, and a small budget.

In the period of 2023-2024, IBA was officially deprived of the Management and organization of Boxing at the Olympics by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). For that reason, IBA is currently operating in parallel, organizing many tournaments next to the IOC Olympic System.

IBA's efforts were shown by successfully organizing the Boxing Championship of Men's Boxing and World World 2023. In those two tournaments, the Organizing Committee awarded $ 5.4 million to athletes and coaches to win a medal. Small units are also supported by the organizers to move and stay during the tournament.

IBA's efforts in supporting the Members' Union have earned early effectiveness. Recently, the Asian Boxing Federation (ASBC) has conducted a meeting of the Members' Union to vote for separatist, or continue to stick with IBA. This unusual meeting took place in October in Bangkok, Thailand.

At the abnormal meeting of ASBC, 31/35 countries decided to maintain ASBC in IBA. Only 4 participants voted separatively. Shortly thereafter, the Chairman of IBA thanked ASBC, and affirmed that IBA cherished ASBC for showing the loyalty of the Asian boxing community.
