Once a boxing boss and a fan of matches on the ring, former US President Donald Trump was no stranger to MMA events, he was even a friend of UFC President Dana White.
President Dana White spoke at both Republican National Conferences in 2016 and 2020 to express support for former President Trump. Dana White said he had known former President Trump 20 this year, he and former President Trump will meet this weekend to watch the trilogy match between McGregor and Poirier.
This is one of the most prominent antagonistic sports events and is allowed to organize and allow the audience to sit around the field before the city returns to a completely normal state.
In an interview with TSN, UFC's broadcasting partner in Canada, President Dana White responded to reporter MMA Aaron Bronsteter that former President Trump would be one of many celebrities attending the event. Justin Bieber, Kourtney Kardashian and Dave Chappelle are other famous names also attending the UFC 264 event.
This is not the first time former President Trump has attended an UFC event. However, former President Trump was the first president to watch a live pair of UFC when Mr. Trump went to Madison Square Garden in New York to attend the UFC 244 event in November 2019.
At Madison Square Garden, former President Trump waved to the crowd when he walked to the VIP area. He was welcomed by most audiences with screens, but some viewers did not like the president who screamed warmly.
