This is the decision that was made after the success of the 5 One Fight Night events broadcast live on the Amazon Prime platform.
Also on the announcement of One Championship will expand the market in the Americas, Chatri President Sityodtong emphasizes an important detail. He said now he can confidently say that UFC is no longer a tournament that dominates the international MMA system as before.
“First, it must be said that: One Championship is greater than UFC,” Sityodtong spoke at the press conference after the One 164 event.
