Anthony Joshua is now no longer a heavy world champion. The owners of WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO belts have been convincingly defeated and deposed by the consensus point, while Oleksandr Usyk became the new king after a peak victory.
The match began quite carefully from both fighters, with the highlight of two left straight strives from USYK in the first half.
In the second half, Joshua aimed at the opponent's body, but he always had trouble before a Usyk moving too well, too flexible – Usyk could always change the angle cleverly, making Joshua quite struggling before returning with Jab. The third and fourth half are still the round of Usyk – even in the third half of the Usyk had a powerful left left punch that made Joshua lose balance.
Only in the 5th half, Anthony Joshua started to “open the device”, actively attacking. Joshua also had two quite effective punches in the 6th half, turning two half-to-6-year-olds to the reigning house of the British champion.
But in the 7th half, Oleksandr Usyk began to “trim” the power of Anthony Joshua. Joshua eats tat with a series of bodyshots in the 8th half, before the match returns to a balance in the 9th half.
The 10th half was quite nervous when Joshua accused and punched up the right eye of Usyk, but basically Usyk was still better. The game has nothing to change in the 11th and 12th half, leading to a solid victory for Oleksandr Usyk.
