After the 32nd SEA Games, Jiu-Jitsu Vietnam continues to bring in international achievements
Jiu-Jitsu Grand Prix is a tournament in the system of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the world held in many locations in the world. This is also the first tournament of Jiu-Jitsu Vietnam to attend after SEA Games 32.
After 3 days of competition (May 19-21), Hoang Thi Nhat Que brought the 63kg of Fighting's 63kg of Fighting. She overcame heavy rivals from China, Indonesia, UAE, … at the final of Nhat Que to meet the host boxer Akkajan Kamolwan, the final she won the gold medal for the Vietnamese delegation. Earlier, Nhat Que also brought back the Ne-Waza 63kg content bronze medal.
The remaining bronze medal belongs to Dang Thuy Van in the 57kg weight class, Nguyen Thi Minh Vuong, though trying hard but ranked 7th in the end. This weight class, the champion is the martial artist of Thai host Menman Kanlayanapim.

Thus, the Japanese gold medal is also the highest achievement for the Vietnamese delegation in this tournament.
Last year, in Thailand, Hoang Thi Nhat Que was one of 4 boxers who brought back the gold medal for Vietnam at the Jiu-Jitsu no Gi World Beach Championship 2022.
The Jiu-Jitsu Grand Prix 2023 championship is also a premise for the fighters to interact, towards other tournaments like ASIAD. At the end of the 32nd SEA Games, Jiu-Jitsu Vietnam recruited 1 gold medal, 2 gold medals, 9 bronze medals.
