AFC tournament information
Held for the first time in October 2016, Angel's Fighting Championship (AFC Martial Arts Championship – AFC) is an integrated martial event – MMA periodically held in Korea. Up to now, AFC has successfully organized 27 events with nearly 150 boxers participating.
Besides the fascinating matches on MMA, AFC also combines sports competitions with social activities. This is a unique feature of this series of events. Earlier, some Vietnamese martial arts clubs also held an event to fund a charity fundraising and created a lot of echoing in the international scope.
When does AFC 25 take place?
AFC 25 was held on June 10 at Grand Ho Tram Strip Hotel, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. According to the Organizing Committee's notice, this event includes 6 professional MMA format matches including 2 rounds, 5 minutes each. The main card of the event lasted 3 rounds, each half.
The matches within the AFC 25 began at 19h in Vietnam time. The opening event includes art programs, then going to matches. The event is expected to close at 22h. This is a tournament that combines martial arts and many special activities.
How many Vietnamese boxers attend AFC 25?
According to the notice from the Organizing Committee, AFC 25 has 2 Vietnamese boxers attending: Ta Quang Hai and Phan Huy Hoang. These are the faces that make up a match between two Vietnamese boxers at AFC. This is also the first time AFC witnessed a match with two Vietnamese boxers facing each other.
