After unfortunate failures in the previous matches, Bi Nguyen had a spectacular return at One: Dangal event, the event that the leading Asian tournament was as a gift for Indian female boxers Ritu Phogat.

Bi Nguyen – who repeatedly said that she was not a “boot boxer” of anyone – fought heroic in three matches and when the judges gave her the decision to win, Phogat was clearly stunned.
“I know that the match will be great and a reception for fans. I have dedicated 110% in that match,” Phogat shared.
“This decision was quite shocked for me because I had mastered the match in two matches. I was surprised at what just happened.”
Ritu always considered “Killer Bee” as a close friend and a talented boxer. Even though it is an object, “The Indian Tigress” feels she is a more talented martial artist and she is willing to prove it if she has a second chance.
“We are good friends outside the stage,” Phogat said.
“Whenever we meet, we are always happy, friendly and friendship will always be there. Friendship and fighting are completely different things.
“If someone is in doubt, I will want to rematch with her and show the world the best one.”
