One of the strengths that helped Negochadle advance quickly at Lion Championship was because he owns a very strong lock skill set. As a black belt player Jujitsu, Negochadle often sought to bring the opponent into the battle position, and quickly ended the match with a tight lock.

Like previous matches, Negochadle tried to approach Tien Long. He did not allow Vietnamese boxers to have the opportunity to perform many striking attacks, but forced the opponent to switch to the battlefield. Negochadle soon ravaged Tien Long to the floor, and created the Ground and Pound to attack the opponent.

Facing Negochadle's strong work, Tien Long tried to find a way out of the opponent's Ground and Pound. However, his efforts accidentally helped Negochadle switch to the Rear Naked Choke. Being taught by the opponent, Tien Long was forced to beat his hand when the new match passed for more than 1 and a half minutes.

The victory over Nguyen Tien Long helped Negochadle rise to the top of the male weight, and eligible for the Lion Championship championship. The next opponent of Brazilian boxers is likely to be the reigning championship Nghiem Van Y, who has just participated in the MMA Asian Championship recently.
