The salt defeat in September 2021 to Oleksandr Usyk not only made Anthony Joshua lose 4 heavy titles (WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO). Rob McCracken, the long -standing coach of the British puncher also said goodbye after the upper battle with Usyk.
Despite the spectacular rematch that was planned in June 2022, Joshua has not found a replacement coach. Currently, he is still practicing alone, which makes other heavy fists like Tyson Fury or rival Oleksandr Usyk shook his head and laughed.
Fury once mocked Joshua, saying that the junior could easily defeat Usyk if trained by “Gypsy King”. And now, USYK has similar sarcasm to the challenge before the upcoming classic rematch.
Sharing with Behind The Gloves, Ukrainian boxer said: “I don't think or care about what Joshua is doing. I don't care if he changes the training apparatus. I am only interested in my coach, not Joshua's preparation.
Last month, USYK and Fury tried to plan for a super match against heavy championship belts. However, the negotiations went to a dead end and the insiders began to blame each other. Fury said that Usyk deliberately dared not dare to with him, but the 35 -year -old puncher immediately denied it.
“Fury is lying, I have never dodged anyone. In my whole career, I have never subdued anyone. I used to go to Moscow to play even when the relationship between Ukraine and Russia was not good. But I went there and showed people that I was not scared.”
