Recently, the Vietnam General Martial Arts Federation (VMMAF) has announced the official schedule, as well as the matches of the Vietnam Martial Arts Championship qualifiers 2022 Lion Championship in the South.
According to the schedule announced by VMMAF, the MMA Lion Championship qualifier in the southern region lasts for 2 October 9, July in Ho Chi Minh City. It is noteworthy that the southern regional qualifier has 4 foreign boxers registering to play.
Foreign fighters competed in the Lion Championship in the southern region, Chelsey Caswell (60kg weight), Jovidon Khojaev (84kg men's weight), Komilov Mirkomil (weight of 65kg men) and Katongole Abdul (weight of 70kg men).
Earlier in the northern qualifying round, Lion Championship witnessed the presence of a foreign boxer. It was the Bernard Tiffany, the boxer who attended the 52kg weight class. She lost to the submission before the 19 -year -old boxer Nguyen Vu Quynh Hoa (Thai Nguyen).
In the match against Nguyen Vu Quynh Hoa, Bernard Tiffany was the one who took the initiative to attack first.
