Dang's opponent at the semi-final weight of 75kg male ages 17-18 is Alhajeri Salaeh, Kuwaitian boxer. This is the match of Vietnamese boxers playing completely on the body. He kept pressing the opponent and launched many heavy blows. Witnessing the difference between the two boxers and the referee stopped the match in the first half.
Knock-out technical victory in the first half of Pham Dang Luu against Alhajeri Salaeh brought Vietnamese boxers to play in the semi-final. More notably, this is the first year of posting to play at the age of 17-18, where young boxers always prove big differences in terms of qualifications and physicality even though they are only 1 year younger than each other.
Pham Dang Luu was born in 2006, a member of Lao Cai boxing team, national young boxing player. The representative of Vietnam Boxing plays the Asian Young Award with the National Boxing Championship Table of 2022 ages 15-16, the Boxing Championships of strong teams nationwide 2023, winning the National Boxing Championship of 2023 ages 17-18.
