Responding to the provocative screen from Nate Diaz, Poirier responded to steel with the status line “I will beat his friend in any weight class.”
Dustin Poirier and Nate Diaz were arranged to have a match with each other in November 2018 at the UFC 230 event.
Nate Diaz returned to play in the octagon cage at UFC 263 recently after more than a year of absence, comparison with Leon Edwards in the first 5 -year match of UFC not Main Event nor a belt match. The result of Leon Edwards won with the score, although Diaz almost had a spectacular knockout victory after the series of rain fluttering towards Edwards in the last half.
As for Dustin Poirier, after the victory over Conor McGregor, Poirier is planning to challenge the Lightweight title of the current champion Charles Oliveira. UFC President Dana White said he wanted to organize a match between Dustin Poirier and the brightest star UFC Conor McGregor after the “crazy guy” recovered.
