In recent years, Nate Diaz (MMA 20-13) is waiting for his opponent in his last match on the announced UFC contract.
Although Stockton boxers show interest in potential confrontations with Vicente Luque, Tony Ferguson and Kamaru Usman, there are information that UFC intends to let him fight Khamzat Chimaev.
Nate Diaz felt insulted by the proposal to “Chechnya Gray Wolf” and expressed his discontent in a recent interview with TMZ Sports.
“They want me to fight Khamzat, and I think in my mind, 'Wait, don't disrespect me like that, think why try to ask me to fight a rookie.'
“I don't need this match. He has only 4 matches at UFC. Don't mention my name.”
“Top 5, Top 5. I want to be up to the top five people as soon as possible. Organize in January, where is the January war?”
While Diaz is not interested in fighting with the unbeaten Russian-Sweden, he believes this is a perfect match for former opponent Conor McGregor.

“Let him fight Khamzat, it will be an interesting match. He should fight a rookie easy to eat to see if he can still fight.”
“That great idea Nate”.
