According to the notice from VMMAF, the Lion Championship 2022 championship will take place in 3 stages. From June to July, the tournament will start with qualifying matches in the North, Central and South. Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho are localities hosting the qualifying round.
After the qualifying round ended, Lion Championship entered matches in the quarterfinals, in Ho Chi Minh City, and semi -finals in Hanoi. Round 2 takes place in September, while the semi -finals will play in October. Phase 3 – the final round is scheduled to take place in Phu Quoc Island in late December 2022 or early January 2023.
