Ita said the agency took Nooristani's test sample on September 21 – 2 days before the opening ceremony of ASIAD 19. The boxer played on September 25. However, he lost to opponent ByambatsoGT Tuguldur (Mongolia) in the round of 16 of the weight of 71kg male weight, eliminated, so he returned home later.
In theory, Nooristani has not been confirmed as “positive” with doping. Ita will conduct test sample B, which is also the last test sample to make the final conclusion that he has a banned substance in his body.
ASIAD 19 is the Congress “say no to doping”. At the same time, the use of banned substances in high -performance sports competition is taboo. Therefore, Nooristani will have to face a very serious penalty if it is concluded that the use of banned substances to play.
Earlier, earlier this week, Mani Jegathesan, an adviser of the Doping Commission of the Asian Olympic Council, warned that doping will be completely removed at ASIAD 19.
