Recently, Magomedov has revealed that he will start his career in the octagon cage UFC.
“Rumors are true. I have officially signed a contract to play at UFC! Detailed information will be revealed later this year,” Magomedov shared on his personal Instagram. “Thank UFC, Dana White, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Surkhay Sungurov, Justin Ozuna and all those who helped make this dream come true.”
The UFC side has not made an official announcement about whether Magomedov will debut later this year. According to the Daily Mail, the contract between UFC and Magomedov was signed from September with a period of 5 years.
Hasbulla Magomedov is well known for friendship with legendary MMA Khabib Nurmagomedov. Hasbulla was even nicknamed “Mini Khabib” after he made a viral video recreating the UFC match of his best friend Khabib.
In addition, Hasbulla Magomedov emerged with a double curtain with Conor McGregor on MXH. Earlier this year, the Irish boxer posted a photo editing photo to mock the modest height of Magomedov. The MXH star then responded by sending a challenge to McGregor.
