As the first martial arts tournament (MMA) in Vietnam was organized well and has an organized system, Lion Championship 2022 took place with 3 attractive stages in the qualifying round, quarterfinals and semi -finals. Following that success, the final round will take place on November 26, thereby closing the MMA Vietnam season for the first time.
According to the notice from the Organizing Committee, the Lion Championship 2022 finals will take place on Phu Quoc Island. This round is limited to the number of tickets to see, when the organizers only sell 500 tickets to the audience for 10 million VND/ticket. About 10 days before the final round, the Organizing Committee announced that they had distributed all this VIP ticket.
“For those who do not have tickets but still need to follow the event directly, you can go to the Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc Square to accompany the boxers on the evening of November 26,” Lion Championship Organizing Committee announced. The matches in the final night began from 20h on November 26.
Before the Lion Championship 2022 finals took place, some boxers were injured and forced to leave the tournament. These are Pham Thi Nhung (weight of 60kg women) and Vo Thanh Trung Tin (60kg male weight). With their absence, the organizers must find alternative boxers to play in the final round.
At Lion Championship 2022, many famous boxers of Vietnam have participated. The most typical faces include Lonely Lonely Muay Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, Tran Quang Loc brown monster, overseas Vietnamese boxer Nguyen Van Kamil, World Championship Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc.
