Boxing Vietnamese Women practice Tet holiday to the Olympic qualifying round

As noted by Ithethao.vn, on the 30th and the 1st of the Lunar New Year, some members of the Vietnamese Women's Boxing team gathered in Hanoi still maintained training. They decided not to go home to celebrate Tet like many other teams focusing on the upcoming Paris Olympic qualifying round.

Like iThethao.vn Reported, the first round of the Paris Olympic Games Boxing took place at Busto Arsizio, Italy. On that basis, the Vietnamese boxing team has made a list of registration for the qualifying round including 6 boxers. Among them, 4 faces are gathering with the team in Hanoi. The remaining 2 athletes practice in Ho Chi Minh City.

The athletes gathered with the Vietnamese women's boxing team in Hanoi including Nguyen Thi Tam, Vo Thi Kim Anh, Ha Thi Linh and Luu Diem Quynh. They are all fighters with many experienced competition at home and abroad. Below is the weight of the Vietnamese athletes in the upcoming Olympic qualifying round, as well as their international performance for many years.

– Nguyen Thi Tam (weight of 50kg women): Gong Gong Championship World Boxing 2023, Asian Boxing 2017, 2022, Boxing Asiad 2018, HCV Boxing SEA Games 2019, 2021, HCV Boxing Thailand expanded 2022.

– Vo Thi Kim Anh (weight of 54kg women): The gold medal in Thailand expanded 2022.

– Ha Thi Linh (weight of 60kg female): HCV Boxing SEA Games 2013, 2023.

– Luu Diem Quynh (weight of 75kg women): Boxing Asiad 2022.

According to the scheduled schedule, Vietnam Boxing team members will leave for Italy in late February. They will have a few days of training and familiarity with the climate in Southern Europe, before entering the competition. In addition to the weight class of Ha Thi Linh (3 capacity), the remaining classes take 4 interests in the upcoming qualifying round.
