After WBA Asia: Vietnamese Dream closed, Vietnamese martial arts fans are about to have the opportunity to watch another event. It was SSC Interclub, the event with the appearance of 3 martial arts, Kickboxing and Muay. It is expected that the matches will begin on the evening of May 28.
Also according to the notice from the SSC club, the venue for the SSC Interclub event is Crescent Mall, 101 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phong, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. This is one of the favorite places of martial arts organizers. Before that, this place took place the whole boxing tournament in District 7.
At the last 31 SEA Games, martial arts have become a gold mine of the Vietnamese sports delegation. In Boxing, Vietnam won 3 gold medals, 2 gold medals and 2 bronze medals, ranked second in the whole delegation. Meanwhile, we stood at the first group in Kickboxing (5 gold medals, 6 bronze medals) and Muay Thai (4 gold medals, 6 gold medals, 1 bronze medal).
Not only bringing in gold medals to the Vietnamese sports delegation in the SEA Games, Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay are martial arts that bring strong socialization trends. In addition to the high -achievement matches, Vietnamese boxers played the three martial arts mentioned above also facing internationally and competing in the professional arena, where the rules and ways of competition are completely different.
One of the pioneers playing professional martial arts abroad is “Lonely Cau Lon” Muay Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat. In addition to 5 consecutive times of winning the world, the only encroach on the Muay arena in ONE Championship and won many respectable achievements.
Meanwhile, in Boxing, Vietnamese boxers, Truong Dinh Hoang, Tran Van Thao, Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi, Le Huu Toan, Minh Phat … have played professional and won many remarkable achievements. They are the first -generation athletes to help Vietnam have the name on the map of countries with boxing champions.
